Your account

Creating an account

Sign up with a username, email address, and password, or click Sign in with Google to create the account from your Google identity. Deployments with email verification enabled send a confirmation link that must be clicked before the first sign-in, verification doubles as your first login.

By creating an account you agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, both linked from the signup form and from the footer of every page.

Signing in

Use your username and password, or Google. If you originally signed up with Google and want a password too, set one from the Profile page (Set a password). Password reset is self-service from the sign-in screen and arrives by email.

The Profile page

Open it from the account menu in the top-right corner. It contains, in order

  • Account details. Username, email, and display name, editable in place.
  • Google account. Connect or disconnect Google sign-in.
  • Appearance. Three themes, Light, Dark, and System. System follows your operating system's color scheme and switches live when it changes. The choice is saved to your account, so it follows you across browsers. Clicking a theme tile previews it immediately, save to keep it.
  • Password. Change it, or set one if you signed up with Google.
  • Delete account. Permanent account removal, see Profile and account deletion for the full flow including what happens to shared projects and files.

The Probova brand in the top-left goes to your dashboard while you are signed in, and to the public homepage when you are not. The account menu contains links to the Profile page, the public homepage, and this documentation. A Docs link also sits in the top navigation bar on every page, and every page's footer links Home, Docs, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
